LOST USA VISA, Applied for a new one via emergency schedule, and got APPROVED for Business and Tourism 10 years Multiple Entry- 2nd time around! π₯Ίπ₯Ίπ₯Ί
Around 8 times ata ako na-deny, was trying to get this visa since I was 7yo. Iba't ibang diskarte iba't ibang paraan ang ginawa, para makakuha ng Visa. And finally, I was able to get a visa on my own, and this was my story:

Now, unfortunately for some reasons, I lost my USA Visa! Huhu... So,

You have to email them regarding the lost visa so they could cancel the visa.
Get an affidavit of lost or a police report. Print the picture of your Visa if you have any.
After that, schedule a regular appointment. Yes, another bayad ng 10k+ huhu! And it means mag-aapply ka ng bago and 50/50 ulit kung iaapprove ka nila. And yes, you will have to undergo another interview! π
In my case, I applied for an "emergency schedule" since the available schedule na meron is January 2024 pa!

You need to book a regular schedule first. Then there will be a button that states "emergency schedule", you have to attach supporting documents to prove the URGENCY of your USA Visa. It may be because of medical conditions, death of a family member, or in my case, it's a business reason. Kailangan mo ma-explain kung gaano ka-importante yung trip and that it will result to huge loss in business kapag hindi ka naka-punta ng Amerika. I attached my business permits, invoice of the client and OR.
You have to wait around 2 business days to know if it's is approved. Viola! Emergency appointment approved!
Took the interview, first time ko pumunta sa USA Embassy na hindi totally kinakabahan. I am confident they will give me another one. Na may konting kaba na lang.
At dahil bawal ang cellphone and any gadget, I forgot to bring a book as well, kaya wala ako nagawa but to observe. Sobrang daming nadedeny π and mostly, from province yung mga nadedeny and mostly ng nagaapply are solo. Gaya ko nuon, Iba't iba sila ng dahilan at palusot.

Naka-patarpauline ng marami sa loob ng facility yang question na yan, and the answer is THERE'S NO SECRET raw. Siguro para ito sa mga taong nakailang balik na at try pero hindi pa rin naapprove. Gaya ko, dati.... For me, may advice is, you just have to be HONEST. They know kung nagsasabi ka ng totoo. They know kung magt-TNT ka lang...

Syempre, kailangan mo mapatunayan na hindi ka magooverstay or TNT. Through that, kailangan mapakita mo na may ties ka here. How?
1. ππ¨πππ π¬π’π¨π₯ ππ₯ππππππππ§π¬. Hanga't maaga mag-open ka na ng bank. lahat ng pera mo and transactions mo dapat recorded sa bank. Hindi uubra ang "show money" na isang lagayan lng ng pera at makikita lang sa bank cert na may pera ka. A bank statement na hindi ganun kalaki ang pera, pero labas pasok ung money at maraming transaction, proves na may ties ka rito sa Pilipinas at maraming transactions hence you don't need to be a TNT at USA. Mas maganda rin kung makapag-apply at maapproved ka sa credit card, tapos dalhin mo yun. pag tinanong ka how to finance the trip, you can show your credit card in addition to the bank statements you have. then say "I also have credit cards that I can swipe during my trip"
2. π¦π§π₯πππππ§ ππ‘ππ’π₯π ππ§ππ©π ππ‘π¦πͺππ₯- Isang tanong isang sagot. Kung ano itanong sayo answer it straight and informational. for example if they asked you, where are you going to stay in the USA, tell them kung sa kamag-anak ba, hotel ba, hindi ung isasagot mo ung address na halatang kinabisado mo lang π
3. ππππ π¨π£ π¬π’π¨π₯ π’πͺπ‘ ππ¦-ππ²π¬ ππ£π£πππππ§ππ’π‘ ππ’π₯π - super importante nito, kasi dito sila mainly magbabase sa mga itatanong nila. Kailangan kung anong itatanong sayo, magmamatch dito. Kasi kapag hindi, it means you're not honest and you're lying. So dapat ikaw mismo magfill up nito and alam mo lahat ng sinagot mo.
4. ππ’π’π π¦π ππ₯π§, π’π₯πππ‘πππ π¬π’π¨π₯ ππ’ππ¨π ππ‘π§π¦ π£π₯π’π£ππ₯ππ¬- Syempre yung suot dapat decent, but hindi lang dun, sa documents pa lang makikita na nila what kind of person you are. Yung iba duon naka brown envelope lng ang dala na nirolyo pa tas nakalagay lang sa bulsa ng pantalon. Syempre to look more smart and professional, dapat naka clear book yung documents mo para madali hanapin, kapag envelope lng or folder anghirap maghanap, sa pagkanda-ugaga mo sa paghahanap hnd na yun good looking professional hehe.. dapat smooth ln g kumuha ng docs. π€
5. π§π₯ππ©ππ π§π’ ππ¦πππ‘ πππ¦π§ππ‘ππ§ππ’π‘π¦ πππ₯π¦π§- ung isa kong nakatabi, first time lalabas ng bansa tapos USA agad. Very obvious na gusto lang magtrabaho and maghanap ng opportunity sa Amerika. Kaya dapat syempre kung magtatravel ka sa Amerika, e dapat sa Asia muna π Magparami ka muna ng tatak sa passport, and kumuha muna ng Japanese Visa or other Asian Visa, bago ka mag USA Visa. As for my first approval ng USA Visa, marami na ako talaga tatak nun sa passport. Compared sa mga previous denies ko.
6. π£π₯ππ£ππ₯π πππ π¬π’π¨π₯ π¦π¨π£π£π’π₯π§ππ‘π ππ’ππ¨π ππ‘π§π¦- Bawal cellphone sa loob and any gadgets kaya make sure na lahat ng bala nyo ipaprint nyo π Family pictures, travel pictures, business cards, even flyers or catalogues to prove your business naghahanap sila (see the link of my 1st approved interview story).
7. ππ¨π¬ π£π₯π’π£ππ₯π§πππ¦- one thing to build credibility are properties. So hanga't bata pa bumili na ng properties π You can bring it and show to them as well as it's a proof na d mo kailangan umalis ng bansa dahil may mga ari-arian kayo dito π€ Kaya invest now sa DLC Properties Corporation!! Haha ❤️❤️❤️
So yeah, ayan lang naman ang tips ko. During my interview, tinanong lang ako what do I do, so I said I'm a wedding planner, hnd ko na binangit ung iba ko pang gnagawa sa buhay para hnd komplikado. Then tinanong bakit daw nawala visa ko, sabi ko nawala ng liason officer ko, sabi "what's a liason officer?" hehe... so inexplain ko. Then nagtanong naman if my clients are from USA, I said some, but mostly Filipinos. Last question, if may clients raw ako na celebrities, I said yes some. Then he finally told me "We will re-issue you this visa and be careful next time" yas! Approved!
Alam na alam ko pa ung pakiramdam ng sakit kapag sinabi na "Unfortunately you are not qualified to travel to USA this time". Maririnig mo kasi yan na sinasabi, makikita mo ung reactions nila habang dinedeny sila. Nadudurog puso ko, lalo na sa mga matatanda na, pero dinedeny pa rin. Sabi ng ate ko, kasi raw kahit 50++ yrs old kaya pang magtrabaho sa Amerika.. Kaya sabi ko, mas naappreciate ko ang buhay, I have this, sabi nila malayo na ang narating ko, at tama nga! Kaya hindi na pwedeng sumuko...
Another knowledge and experience for me, feeling ko expert na ko sa pagkuha ng visa! hehe
